Can I make a reservation?
We do not take reservations. We are walk-in only, first-come-first-served. Please visit our host at the front door to be seated or added to our waitlist and we will text you when your table is ready.
Do you have outdoor seating?
Yes, we have outdoor dining.
Where are you located?
We are located at the entrance of PIER 39 in San Francisco. We are on the upper level, left-hand side, right when you walk onto the PIER.
Where do I park for the 1-hour free parking validation?
We offer 1 hour of free parking validation (to guests that dine-in at our restaurant) in the PIER 39 Garage directly across Embarcadero Street right next to PIER 39. Please view the map on our website (below hours & location) for details on where the garage is located. Please let your server know you parked in the PIER 39 garage and they will give you a parking validation ticket to insert into the machine when you pay for your parking.
How long is the wait right now?
Please visit our host at the front door to get an accurate wait time for your party. We are not able to quote wait times over the phone.
Can I buy a gift certificate?
I am planning a meal for 20+ people, can I make a reservation?

It’s my birthday/anniversary, will you do something special?
Thank you for choosing our restaurant to celebrate your special occasion. Please let your server know what you are celebrating and we will do our best to share in the celebration.
Is your restaurant dog friendly?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to sit on the ground next to their family’s table for outdoor dining only. Dogs are not allowed inside the dining room.
Do you have a corkage fee?
Yes. Our corkage fee is $35 per 750ml bottle.
Do you have a cake-cutting fee?
We do not charge a cake-cutting fee for small parties. If you have a large party reservation please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about cake-cutting fees.
Do you offer to-go food?
Yes, we offer some food to-go.
Do you offer delivery?
No, we do not, sorry!
Do you have vegetarian food?
We have a few vegetarian dishes. Please ask your server which dishes can be prepared vegetarian.
Do you have gluten-free menu items?
Yes. The dishes on our menu are marked with a “g” for dishes that CAN be prepared gluten-free. Please ask your server for more information.
Do I need to be vaccinated to dine inside?
No. All guests are welcome to dine inside regardless of vaccination status.
Are masks required?
No, masks are not required to dine at this time.
What is your dress code?
Shirts and shoes are required. Most guests that dine with us are dressed casually. Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in as long as it is not offensive to other guests.
