Where are you located?

You’ll find Eagle Cafe right at the entrance of PIER 39 in San Francisco. Head up to the upper level and look to your left as you walk onto the pier. We’re right there with views of the Bay.

Where do I park for the 1-hour free parking validation?

All our guests can receive one hour of free parking in the PIER 39 garage, located directly across the Embarcadero from the pier. You can check the map for directions. 

After you’re seated, let your server know you parked in the garage, and they’ll provide a validation ticket to use at the parking machine when paying.

Can I buy a gift certificate?

Yes. You can buy gift certificates that can be used at all Simmons Family restaurants on PIER 39 online here. Our gift certificates don’t expire, so you can buy them for whenever the timing feels right.

It's my birthday/anniversary, will you do something special?

We’re glad you chose Eagle Cafe to celebrate. Please let your server know what the occasion is, and we’ll do our best to make it feel a little more memorable.

Is your restaurant dog-friendly?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you at our outdoor patio and should remain on the ground beside your table. Indoor dining areas are reserved for guests only.

Do you have a corkage fee?

Yes, we charge a corkage fee for outside drinks at $35 per 750ml bottle.

Do you have a cake-cutting fee?

There is no cake-cutting fee for smaller parties. However, if you’re planning a larger group celebration, please reach out ahead of time via mel@simcorestaurants.com to confirm any applicable details.

Do you offer to-go food?

No, sorry. Eagle Cafe focuses on dine-in service and does not offer to-go orders at this time.

Do you offer delivery?

Sorry, we don’t currently provide delivery. We’d love to have you join us in person.

Do you have vegetarian food?

We do offer a selection of vegetarian dishes. Your server can walk you through the options and let you know what meals can be prepared to fit your preferences.

Do you have gluten-free menu items?

Yes. Some menu items can be prepared gluten-free and are marked with a “g”. Please let your server know if you have any special dietary needs, and they will guide you through the best options.

What is your dress code?

Eagle Cafe keeps things casual. Shirts and shoes are required, but beyond that, you’re welcome to dress in whatever you feel comfortable in as long as it is appropriate for a shared dining space.
